Day 2: Arusha-Tarangire National Park

After breakfast, your driver guide will pick you up and depart to Tarangire National Park; which of all Tanzania parks boastsof the largest number of savannah elephants.

Herds of up to 300 elephants scratch the dry Tarangire river bed for undergroundstreams, while migratory wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, impala, gazelle, hartebeest and eland crowd the shrinking lagoons.

It's the greatest concentration of wildlife outside the Serengeti ecosystem a smorgasbord for predators –and the one place inTanzania where dry-country antelope such as the stately fringe-eared oryx and peculiar long-necked gerenuk are regularly observed.

The swamps, tinged green year-round, are the focus for 550 bird varieties, the most breeding species in one
habitat anywhere in the world. On drier ground you may find the Kori bustard, the heaviest flying bird; the stocking-thighed ostrich, the world's largest bird; and small parties of ground hornbills blustering like turkeys. Other birds include the yellow-collared lovebird, drabber rufous-tailed weaver and the ashy starling all endemic to the dry savannah of north-central Tanzania.

Tarangire's lions climb trees, lounging in the branches where the fruit of the sausage tree disguises the twitch of
a tail. Arrive for check in at your lodge. In the afternoon, you will enjoy an extensive game viewing drive. Return to your lodgefor dinner and overnight.

Accommodation: Tarangire Sopa Lodge LDBB

DAY 3: Tarangire National Park-Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, depart Tarangire National Park and drive toward the world-renowned Serengeti National Park. Meet your
Tanzanian driver-guide and continue your journey to this UNESCO World Heritage Site, celebrated as one of Africa’s
premier safari destinations. Enjoy a scenic drive through the vast open plains of northern Tanzania. The Serengeti is famed
for its sweeping savannahs dotted with acacia trees and teeming with wildlife from large prides of lions and majestic herds of elephants to graceful antelopes, towering giraffes, and the awe-inspiring Great Migration of wildebeest and zebras. Arrive at your camp in time for lunch and a short rest.

In the afternoon, embark on your first game drive in the Serengeti, exploring the park’s rich landscapes and encountering its diverse wildlife as the golden light of dusk spreads across the plains. Return to your camp in the early evening for dinner and overnight stay, surrounded by the sounds of the African wilderness.

Accommodation: Heritage Central Serengeti Camp LDBB

Day 4: Full Day in Serengeti National Park

After an early breakfast, set out for an unforgettable full-day safari in the world-renowned Serengeti National Park. With your packed picnic lunch in hand, spend the day exploring the park’s sweeping grasslands, dotted with acacia trees and rocky outcrops.

These iconic landscapes provide the perfect backdrop for extraordinary wildlife encounters. The Serengeti is home
to an abundance of animals. Keep your eyes open for the elusive leopard lounging in tree branches or the graceful cheetah
stalking its prey across the open savannah. You may also witness part of the Great Migration, as thousands of wildebeest and zebras move in search of fresh grazing one of nature’s most inspiring spectacles.

The park’s incredible diversity of wildlife and birds ensures that every game drive brings something new and unexpected. Stop at a scenic spot within the park to enjoy your picnic lunch in the heart of the wilderness, surrounded by the sounds of nature. After lunch, continue your game drive, exploring different areas of the park as the light softens and animals become more active.

As the sun sets over the vast plains, return to your lodge or camp to relax and unwind. Enjoy a delicious dinner and overnight stay, reflecting on the day’s unforgettable sightings.

Accommodation: Heritage Central Serengeti Camp LDBB

Day 5: Serengeti National Park -Ngorongoro Conservation Area

After breakfast, depart from your lodge and enjoy a scenic drive toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, one of Africa’s
most celebrated safari destinations. En route, make a memorable stop at the Olduvai Gorge, a site of great archaeological
and historical importance often referred to as the “Cradle of Mankind.” Here, Dr. Louis and Mary Leakey discovered early
human fossils and tools that date back nearly two million years.

Take some time to explore the small museum and learn about the discoveries that have shaped our understanding of human evolution. Arrive at the lodge for Lunch and have the rest of the afternoon in own leisure relaxing or enjoying the lodge facilities.

NOTE: Warm jacket/cardigan is highly recommended

Day 6 Ngorongoro Conservation Area

After breakfast, descend approximately 600 metres into the Ngorongoro Crater for a full day of game viewing with a picnic
lunch at a scenic site inside the crater. The Ngorongoro Crater, the largest intact volcanic caldera in the world, is a wildlife
haven and a photographer’s paradise, with a remarkable concentration of animals living permanently on the crater floor.
During your game drive, you may encounter prides of lions, large herds of Cape buffalo, impalas, Thomson’s gazelles,
zebras, and, with luck, the endangered black rhino. Other wildlife found here include cheetahs, leopards, spotted hyenas,
golden and black-backed jackals, as well as a variety of antelope species.

Renowned for its breathtaking scenery and incredible biodiversity, the crater offers one of the most unique wildlife
experiences in Africa. Within this relatively small area, you will find an extraordinary mix of landscapes, including grasslands, forests, swamps, and soda lakes.

Beyond its wildlife richness, the area also holds great archaeological significance, with nearby sites revealing some of the
earliest remains of humankind. The crater floor is also home to hundreds of bird species, often seen around the small lakes
and wetlands. In the late afternoon, ascend the crater rim and return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay
